Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions across R&D, Manufacturing, QA / QC, Regulatory, and Corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma industry hiring standards.
