Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in air cargo services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air cargo sales or freight forwarding.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing, and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
