Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong financial domain expertise to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth delivery of investment banking or securities-related projects. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.Gather, evaluate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.Create and manage requirement artifacts including Epics, User Stories, and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with clear acceptance criteria.Drive process improvements, redesign, and automation opportunities.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to validate requirements and deliver successful solutions.Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations for business and IT stakeholders.Analyze and identify potential risks in system implementations; propose and implement actionable solutions.Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment.Ensure all activities adhere to the organization's compliance, ethics, and risk standards.Desired Attributes :
