Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead our growth, content, and SEO / SEM strategy .You will play a key role in building our digital presence , driving qualified leads , and managing a distributed team of content creators across markets. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to scale an impact-driven digital health brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and SEM campaigns to improve visibility, inbound traffic, and lead generation.
• Build and manage a content strategy that drives awareness and conversion — across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Lead and mentor a global team of content creators, writers, and designers .
• Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and growth goals.
• Track and report performance metrics — traffic, conversion rates, and ROI — using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
• Identify growth opportunities through data insights, A / B testing, and market research.
