Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and strategic Sales Content Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will be pivotal in developing high-impact sales and digital content that empowers our sales teams to effectively engage prospects and clients in the Guidewire ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling content that drives revenue growth and supports the Guidewire CoE initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Management
- Develop sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and email templates tailored to Guidewire offerings.
- Create digital content such as videos, infographics, blog posts, and microsite copy to support campaigns and outreach.
- Maintain and optimize the sales content repository ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic, conducting keyword research as needed.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery and organization of content assets, often within a Content Management System (CMS).
Sales Enablement Support
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify content gaps and opportunities.Translate complex Guidewire solutions into clear, value-driven messaging for sales conversations.Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives with content that enhances product knowledge and selling skills.Stay current on industry trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in sales and content technology to ensure content remains relevant and effectiveCross-functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, product, and CoE teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic goals.Participate in campaign planning and execution to ensure content supports lead generation and conversion.Performance Tracking
Monitor usage and effectiveness of content assets.Use analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.3–7 years of experience in sales content creation, preferably in IT services or enterprise software.Strong understanding of Guidewire or P\ &C insurance domain is a plus.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.G. Zoho)Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Job Location : BangaloreWork Mode : Hybrid
