Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Recruitment, Selection Processes, and Compliance with Labor Laws
• Skills in Performance Management and Training and Development
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
