Our journey so far :

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10 / - has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Who we're looking for :

As a Relationship Manager - Salary Accounts at Jupiter, you will play a key role in expanding our corporate partnerships and driving adoption of our salary account offerings. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding medium and large enterprises, ensuring seamless account opening for their employees, and acting as the single point of contact for their financial needs. This role blends B2B acquisition, B2C engagement, and cross-selling, making you an integral part of Jupiter’s growth journey in the salary account business.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify, source, and onboard medium and large corporates for salary account partnerships.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle : from pitching Jupiter’s offerings to corporates, to signing agreements, to employee onboarding.
  • Conduct salary account activation drives and organize on-ground corporate engagement camps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR / finance decision-makers at corporates.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for employees of partner corporates, ensuring smooth resolution of queries / issues.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and investment offerings to salary account holders.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, and support) to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly targets for corporate onboarding, account activations, and cross-sell.

What is needed for this role :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking / fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO / HR-level relationships.
  • Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales closures.
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with on-ground engagement activities (Engagement Health / Fun Events).
  • Familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Location : Bangalore
  • Travelling is mandatory.
  • Brownie Points for :

  • Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency / vendor partners.
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk / compliance nuances.
  • Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
