What You'll Do :

• Build and scale core features for our voice-first messaging platform
• Develop end-to-end product features using React, Node.js, and MySQL
• Design robust and scalable backend services for messaging, notifications, and user management
• Optimize for real-time performance and high availability
• Collaborate closely with the founder, designer, and product team in a fast-moving startup environment
• Bring technical vision and decision-making to the table
• Own quality and security across the stack
