Hiring : Delivery Excellence Specialist | Brillio | BangaloreAt Brillio , we are looking for a passionate Delivery Excellence Specialist who can drive customer experience, efficiency, and innovation across our delivery engagements.If you are someone who thrives on enabling teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence at scale — we’d love to connect!Location : BangaloreExperience : 8–10 yearsAbout the RoleAs a Delivery Excellence Specialist , you will work closely with our business engagements to : Enhance customer experience through coaching, enablement, and fact-based decision-making.Drive visibility, repeatability, consistency, and predictability in delivery engagements.Lead practice-level initiatives that quantitatively improve delivery maturity and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and implement ISO 20K practices in line with the ITIL framework .Enable and train teams on service management processes.Lead service design , rollout, and enablement across practices.Conduct engagement audits and lead ISO 20K certification programs.Design and deploy scorecards and dashboards to measure service maturity.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.Work with leadership to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise setup.Conduct trainings and drive service improvement initiatives.Present insights and performance updates to customers.What We’re Looking For8–10 years’ experience in Infrastructure Managed Services and Service Management (ITIL-based).Hands-on experience with ITSM tools .Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Understanding of IT infrastructure landscapes and cloud technologies .Self-driven, result-oriented, and innovative thinker.Preferred SkillsExposure to Six Sigma initiatives .Experience in Power BI visualization and reporting.If you are passionate about driving delivery excellence and building scalable, high-performing service practices , come join us at Brillio !
