The Senior Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and improving operational processes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and financial planning.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills

Proficient in Operations Management and Analytical skills

Finance and Budget Management skills

Proven ability to lead and manage teams

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
