Responsibilities :
- Conduct online meetings to provide assistance to potential clients, communicating thru phone calls, emails.
- Follow specific instructions provided by the management regarding tasks to be completed
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Document and report any issues or concerns encountered during client call
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Maintain records and documentation related to field activities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management
