Job Title – Software Engineer – RPA

The Purpose of This Role

The associate will work within a rapidly changing and growing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environment. RPA team collaborates with business partners and multiple operation teams to develop, implement, and maintain RPA solution to generate efficiency in the process.

The Value You Deliver

The successful candidate will be acting as a liaison with business, RPA management team and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solution on Blue Prism platform by applying his / her knowledge of business requirements, subject matter expertise and co-ordination with SME, management, and other stakeholders.

• Stakeholder management : Identify partners' needs and effectively engage with them to handle communication, alignment, reporting and escalations.
• Delivery management : Ensure that the SLAs (both internal and partner / client) of all the services are met or exceeded e.g., BOT development timeless, quality of work (customer ask vs. actual BOT output)
• Drive superior customer experience
• Reporting : Management reporting, delivery status reporting and meeting all other communication needs of the organization.
• Risk Plan, to identify portfolio level risks and dependencies, and develop and execute mitigation strategies
