Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management
- Manage the banking and investment relationships of HNI clients and drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business
- Develop, manage, and expand client relationships by delivering superior service to key customers
- Identify current and potential clients with additional revenue opportunities and grow the portfolio accordingly
- Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments
- Proactively offer the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to new and existing HNI relationships
- Increase CASA balances within the assigned portfolio through account deepening or new acquisitions
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share with the bank
Customer Engagement
Ensure portfolio quality by engaging with each mapped relationship regularlyAct as the first point of contact and be responsible for both service and sales satisfaction of clientsInvestment Advisory
Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI clientsGenerate fee-based income through the sale of mutual funds, investments, and insurance productsProcess and Audit
Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are recorded as per organizational processesConduct detailed client profiling to capture and maximize business opportunitiesAdhere strictly to internal processes, compliance, and audit standardsSkills Required
