We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Hiring Associate to support our recruitment operations on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in contract hiring, sourcing, and candidate coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple requirements, and a good understanding of hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end contract hiring for junior and associate-level roles.

Source resumes through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.

Screen and shortlist profiles as per client / job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment status reports.

Ensure documentation and compliance for contractual hiring.

Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer status.

Maintain candidate database and hiring pipeline.

Support onboarding process for selected candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or contract hiring.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening processes.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of labor laws related to contract hiring.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple roles simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / HR preferred).

Preferred Skills :

Experience in hiring for IT / BPO / Non-IT contract roles.

Knowledge of compliance and payroll coordination.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
