We are expanding our Child Development and Specialist Services and are looking for a passionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview

As an ABA Therapist, you will work with children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. You will provide 1 : 1 therapy sessions, implement behaviour intervention plans, and collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and occupational therapists, and families to support each child’s progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions.
• Conduct 1 : 1 therapy sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Collect and analyse behavioural data to track progress.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians in developing and updating individualised treatment plans.
• Provide parent / caregiver training and support.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
