Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef position located in Jaipur. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, designing and updating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Additional responsibilities will include sourcing ingredients, managing kitchen inventory, and maintaining an efficient workflow to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
Culinary skills, including preparation, cooking, and plating.
Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient selection.
Strong leadership and management skills to oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen safety standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle busy kitchen environments efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to different situations.
Experience in managing kitchen inventory and reducing food waste.
Formal culinary training or certification (preferred).
Proficiency in overseeing dietary restrictions or accommodations when preparing meals is a plus.
