Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location : Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization’s technology strategy and implementation. The CTO will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving all technology-related functions that support our educational operations, digital learning platforms, and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the organization’s overall technology vision and strategy.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital learning platforms, internal systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the technology team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align technology with educational goals.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external technology partners.
  • Oversee IT budgeting and cost-effective technology investments.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in technology leadership, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), digital tools, and education technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to plan strategically and implement technology-driven solutions.
