Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sports Operations & Sales Executive to join our Ghaziabad office. The role demands a mix of operational efficiency, sales drive, and love for sports. The candidate will play a key role in managing on-ground activities, coordinating with clients, handling venue operations, and driving sales for academies, events, and recreational bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at Smashtress sports venues.
  • Coordinate with coaches, vendors, and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage scheduling, facility maintenance, and customer experience.
  • Support in organising leagues, tournaments, and special events.
  • Prepare daily / weekly reports on operations, attendance, and venue performance.
  • Drive sales for sports academies, events, and pay & play bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporates, and local sports communities.
  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media updates.
  • Meet monthly targets for revenue generation and customer engagement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sports operations or sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sports and willingness to work in an on-ground, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per events.
