Core ServiceNow Expertise
- ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, CSDM, CMDB, Service Portal development (new pages, themes, widgets, menus, and search sources)
- ServiceNow Integrations with external platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and 3rd-party AI tools
- Administration of :
- Incident / Problem / Change / Case Management
- Accounts, Contracts, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
- Notifications, SLAs, Dashboards & Reporting, Self-Service Portal
Platform Development
Strong hands-on experience with :Scripts, Business Rules, Client ScriptsWorkflows, UI / Data Policy, ACLs, REST / SOAP Web ServicesAdvanced reporting & analyticsSLA workflows with complex scriptingWriting ATF test cases and executing functional testingπ€ AI-Related Requirements

As a Senior AI ServiceNow Developer , you will work within the Business Systems Team supporting the entire ServiceNow lifecycle, including design, development, enhancements, testing, deployment, administration, and support.
You will focus on enhancing and expanding existing ServiceNow modules already in use, including ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, AI & Integrations , which act as a core capability for internal and external customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of small-to-medium initiatives, from requirement gathering to deliveryImplement new platform features, enhancements, and automation capabilitiesUpdate and extend the Service Portal with customized widgets, pages, and UI elementsBuild and maintain integrations with enterprise applications (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, AI tools, etc.)Perform day-to-day platform administration and provide technical supportDevelop and maintain service request workflows, catalog items, tasks, SLAs, and reportingCreate and execute test plans for ongoing platform improvementsTrain and enable end users and internal teams on new functionality
