Job Description
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product / service demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets (leads generated, client meetings, deal closures).
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth client onboarding.
Prepare and submit daily / weekly field sales reports and maintain proper CRM records.
Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Business Development .
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred). 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome). Good typing speed and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
