About Role :

We are seeking a Technical Architect with deep experience in building high-volume, low-latency commodity, equity, or crypto trading platforms . The role is focused on scalability, infrastructure, performance, and enterprise-grade reliability for our upcoming Gold Trading Platform .

Key Responsibilities :

Design and validate scalable trading system architecture capable of handling 100k+ orders / sec with sub-10ms latency .
Define and optimize cloud / on-prem hybrid infrastructure ensuring 99.99% uptime SLAs .
Architect load balancing, failover, and auto-scaling strategies for high-volume trading workloads.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to ensure platform readiness for high-frequency trading and large user spikes .
Recommend tools, frameworks, and infra stacks for monitoring, observability, and performance tuning.
Benchmark system throughput and conduct stress / load testing simulations at 5M+ concurrent sessions .

Experience Required :

10+ years in enterprise systems, with 5+ years in trading / fintech platforms .

Proven delivery of low-latency, high-throughput systems (e.g., equities, commodities, crypto, or derivatives trading).

Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed caching, and in-memory systems .

Strong hands-on expertise in C++ / Java low-latency frameworks, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, microservices , and cloud infra (AWS / GCP / Azure) .
