We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical & Functional Consultant with 5+ years only (less than 5 years will not be considered).

Position : Oracle HCM Technical & Functional Consultant

Location : PAN India

Position Type : Contract Role

Experience : Minimum 5+ years

Technical Expertise :

HDL | HCM Extracts | BIP | OTBI | REST APIs | Fast Formulas

Functional Expertise :

Core HR | Absence | Benefits | Payroll | Compensation | OTL | Taleo | OLC | Recruiting

Modules :

Global HR | HRHD | Absence | Payroll | Talent | OTL | Comp & Benefits | ORC | OLC | Taleo

Must Have :

2–3 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations

Ability to write Fast Formulas

Strong experience in business process analysis & solution design

Knowledge of AIM / OUM

Cloud certification preferred
