As the Director of Food & Beverage Operations, role combines strategic planning, market development, and operational leadership to establish a scalable model that delivers exceptional guest experiences, innovative menu offerings, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hospitality or retail expansion, deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to adapt global brand standards to the local Indian market.

Market Entry & Expansion

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of coffee shop and vending machine operations across multiple locations in India.
• Conduct market research to understand regional preferences, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Identify and secure optimal real estate locations in partnership with development teams.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks for multi-unit growth.
