Role Description

We're looking for an experienced retail professional to lead our Vadodara region operations. The Business Head will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across all stores in the region. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a passion for customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple stores in the Vadodara region.
  • Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage store managers and backend teams — including training and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional activities in coordination with HO.
  • Analyse sales data and local trends to optimize store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and brand standards.
  • Support new store launches and expansion plans in the region.
  • Build strong relationships with local vendors, landlords, and regulatory authorities.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 4-8 years of retail operations experience.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-store operations (preferably chain stores, supermarkets, apparel, or electronics).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • Local market understanding (Vadodara / Gujarat exposure preferred).
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to travel across stores.
