The role focuses on redefining the entire Fulfillment Capability space. We seek an accomplished UX Designer to collaborate with product teams and develop innovative solutions for mass customization fulfillment.

• Contribute to UX Strategy & Research : Assist in formulating a comprehensive design strategy to address complex problems. Conduct research and create data-backed personas, user flows, and scenarios to optimize user experiences.
• Design Execution & Thought Leadership : Contribute to a long-term Fulfillment product strategy and vision. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to define and refine user-centric solutions.
• Champion User-Centered Design : Leverage human-centered principles to create intuitive and accessible digital experiences for diverse users. Implement inclusive design standards for user groups.

Fulfillment Domain Overview : This area enables organizations to manage production and delivery of customized products with near-zero defect rates. We deliver this through custom manufacturing systems and logistics / shipping systems that provide value across the entire fulfillment spectrum.
