Shift Timings - 2 Pm to 11 Pm IST

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and hands-on skills in customization, scripting, and integrations. The role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including workflows, automation, APIs, and Service Portal customization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience across ITSM modules : Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.

Proficient in creating and modifying Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Experience in REST integrations and developing custom APIs within ServiceNow.

Hands-on in customizing the Service Portal

Expert in designing / implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders

Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST / SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms

Strong knowledge on Glide APIs, server / client-side scripting, Scripted Rest API, portal architecture

Must have excellent oral and written communication / presentation / negotiation skills

Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner

5 years of ServiceNow development exposure.
