Role & responsibilities

An International Voice Process is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the Calls from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S., Canada etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Minimum 6 months experience into International voice
• Knowledge in inbound process & Basic understanding of BPO
• Comfortable in night shifts
• Any graduate
• Work from Office
• Immediate Joiners
• 5 days of working and Rotational Week off
• Cab facility provided(Both sides) 25 kms radius
