Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Uttarakhand, India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role entails developing business strategies, promoting services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets

Familiarity with the financial services and loan advisory industry

Ability to manage operations and ensure compliance with company policies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services sector

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
