Job descriptionB.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field. Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture . Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting ability.
Location : Kakkalur, Thiruvallur
Experience : 1–5 years (Freshers with good knowledge in CAN may apply)

Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated BMS & CAN Testing Engineer to join our team. The role involves testing and validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring proper CAN communication for lithium-ion battery packs used in EVs and Energy Storage Systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software.
- Conduct CAN protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis.
- Work with tools like CANalyzer, PCAN, or equivalent .
- Document test cases, test results, and prepare detailed reports.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve system performance.
