We are looking for an AI Engineer with expertise in Gen AI to join our mission of revolutionizing insurance management. In this role, you will work at the forefront of artificial intelligence, designing and optimizing solutions that make insurance simpler, smarter, and more accessible. As part of a dynamic team, youll contribute to developing scalable Gen AI models, enhancing our products capabilities, and creating a meaningful impact in the InsurTech space.

Key Responsibilities :

• AI Model Development : Design, train, and fine-tune large language models and other AI systems tailored to insurance-related use cases.
• Data Science Expertise : Leverage data to uncover trends, build predictive analytics, and refine AI algorithms for precision and impact.
• Optimization : Ensure AI models are optimized for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across real-world scenarios.
• Research & Innovation : Stay at the forefront of AI and data science, experimenting with the latest advancements to drive product innovation.
