Role : Senior Delivery Manager

Experience : 17+ years

Location : Bangalore

Brief about the role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience, including at least 5 years in delivery management within Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the delivery of projects and services for key customers in the Life Sciences vertical.

Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery processes.

Handle TCV (Total Contract Value) of over $10 million.

Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business goals and client requirements.

Technical background and a flair to keep up with the latest trends in technology, digital transformation would be key for this role

Qualifications :

17+ years of IT Industry experience.

Minimum 5+ years in a delivery management role.

Experience managing projects with a TCV of over $10 million.

Key Skills :

Extensive delivery management experience, particularly in the Life Sciences sector.

Proven track record in Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent client relationship management abilities.

Ability to handle high-value contracts and ensure successful project outcomes.
