We are seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Business Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize supply chain processes using Oracle’s planning applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization), and support testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves translating business needs into effective system solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery, and enhancing supply chain capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze supply chain planning requirements from stakeholders
- Design optimized processes and create functional specifications
- Configure Oracle supply chain planning modules aligning with business needs
- Develop test plans, conduct system and UAT testing
- Support change management, user training, and system documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate on project planning and delivery

Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning applicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProven experience as a Business Analyst / Functional ConsultantKnowledge of project management methodologiesCertification in Oracle Supply Chain Planning is a plus
