JOB DESCRIPTION :
As a Product SpecialistHCM, you will support the implementation, testing, and documentation of HCM integration projects. You will collaborate with senior team members to analyze business requirements, configure integrations, and ensure smooth execution. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong grasp of HCM processes and REST/SOAP API integration.
Key Duties :
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP API, and Node.js.
- Hands-on knowledge of setup and configuration of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
- Support integration of HCM modules with external systems like HR, Finance, and Active Directory.
- Assist in defining and testing custom API endpoints for integration workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to document requirements and provide configuration support.
- Conduct research on payroll policies, accruals, and compliance-related configurations.
- Assist in preparing Product Research Documents and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Skills :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Completed 23 full lifecycle HCM implementation projects.
- Experience working with HCM solutions like Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle NetSuite, UKG Pro, or Dayforce ADP.
- Familiarity with integration software such as Workday Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of payroll and compliance-related workflows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
