Job descriptionStrong experience in SQL Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 administration . Hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365 F&O . Knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell , and Azure SQL . Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and ERP service tiers . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science , IT, or related field . 3–7 years of experience as a SQL / ERP DBA . Preferred certifications : Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate MCSA / MCSE : SQL Server
Skilled Microsoft ERP Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize databases supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations . You'll be responsible for ensuring database uptime, performance, security, and supporting ERP integrations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases for ERP systems.
- Perform backup, restore, performance tuning, and indexing .
- Support ERP version upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes .
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity .
- Manage user access, security policies, and compliance .
- Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Support integrations with Power BI, CRM, SharePoint, and external systems .
