Offshore Pipeline Design Specialist

Job Position : PIPELINE DESIGNER

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pipeline route layouts , alignment sheets, pipeline profiles, and overall plot plans.
• Develop 3D models for offshore pipelines, tie-ins, field layouts, and subsea structures.
• Generate detailed engineering drawings including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, isometrics, and support details.
• Coordinate with pipeline engineers to incorporate stress analysis, wall thickness, and material specifications into design.
• Prepare pipeline crossing drawings , trenching / backfilling drawings, and installation engineering support deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international offshore pipeline standards (DNV, API, ISO).
• Review vendor drawings and interface with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Mechanical, Subsea, Process).
• Support offshore installation planning, including spool drawings, as-built updates, and revision control.
• Perform design checks, clash checks, and ensure model completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain document control and follow project drafting / design procedures.
