What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solutioning — design, development, and delivery
• Lead small to mid-sized teams and ensure high-quality, on-time client deliverables
• Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce configuration and Lightning features
• Drive client discussions, demos, and technical workshops
• Identify risks, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with delivery best practices
