Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain an automated, business-wise financial information system that enhances transparency and decision-making.
- Develop and implement comprehensive planning and control systems including budgetary, financial, and liquidity frameworks .
- Establish and strengthen funding channels , ensuring reliability and efficiency in capital allocation.
- Position the finance function as a strategic enabler , contributing to business growth and long-term value creation.
- Foster a decentralized, evidence-based decision-making environment , ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Core Competencies :
Strong conceptual and operational knowledge of financial planning and control systems .Strategic understanding of corporate finance and capital management .Experience working with or within family-owned enterprises .Excellent negotiation and influencing skills .Enabling and facilitative leadership orientation .Sensitivity to data-driven, evidence-based decision-making.Candidate Profile :
Educational Qualification : Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) . Exceptional candidates with distinctive experience may be considered even without formal qualifications.Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and control, with substantial exposure to middle or senior management roles .Proven track record in designing and implementing automated or IT-enabled MIS and control systems preferred.Skills :
