Freelance Designer

Job Title : Freelance Designer (Lingerie) – Project Basis

Role Overview :

We are looking for a freelance designer to lead the design and product development process for our lingerie line. This role will be project-based, where the designer will set the creative direction, develop ranges, and guide a junior designer in executing detailed deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop seasonal range concepts, moodboards, and design direction aligned to brand positioning.
• Create techpacks, CADs, and design specifications for sampling.
• Collaborate with sourcing and vendors for prototyping and sample corrections.
• Oversee fit sessions, guide improvements, and ensure design integrity.
• Mentor and provide direction to the junior designer, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on global and local lingerie trends, fabrics, trims, and consumer preferences.
