Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities :
Deliver assigned target for the region .Delivery includes Corporate tie ups, ensuring spends on Corporate cards & driving team to achieve their MOM targetsShould be able to execute strategies in collaboration with the National Head to plan and execute channel level Sales plansShould be able to own end to end sourcing and smooth running of finalized business model to build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network in the assigned regionShould be able to constantly identify new streams for revenue growth and develop penetration strategies in the region to achieve targetsTo ensure maintenance of call reports and MIS as required by management and leadership teamEnsure availability of adequate and trained manpower in the region. Should be able to hire , train and develop a high-performance sourcing team. Drive targets numbers and drive the team in an effective mannerAmbitious team player with the ability to execute partner requests and tasks in time-sensitive situationsThe incumbent is expected to liaise with marketing and IT teams to ensure adequate support to these functions.Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit . Adherence to the defined set of control of the BankShowing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.
