Location : Mumbai (with regional responsibilities across Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP).
We are looking for a dynamic Modern Trade Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP region . If you have a passion for FMCG, strong account management expertise, and a knack for building long-term customer relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Modern Trade strategies & annual business plans .
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth.
- Manage key accounts & trading terms with leading retailers.
- Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns for higher visibility.
- Analyze market trends & sales performance to drive profitability.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team .
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to Modern Trade.Proven track record in key account management & regional sales (Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP).Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills .Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver sales growth .Graduation / MBA in Marketing or Sales (Certifications in Sales / Problem Solving are a plus).Why Join Us?
