Position : Clinical Operations & Partnerships Associate (India)
Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)
Timing : 2 : 30 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m. IST when working at home,
11 : 00 p.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. when at the office,
Reports to : Founder (Houston, TX)
Compensation : Rs. 30K to Rs. 80K per month
Software proficiency required.
About Us
We are a U.S.–based AI health technology startup developing advanced facial-analysis tools to detect early signs of medical conditions such as anemia, jaundice, and other systemic issues. Our current focus is on a virtual clinical study involving U.S. FDA consultants, Indian doctors, and patient participants, as well as building telehealth partnerships for early product validation and scaling.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Clinical Operations & Partnerships Associate with strong software and analytical skills to help manage the virtual clinical study and build partnerships with telehealth, diagnostic, and healthcare organizations in India.
This role bridges technology, healthcare operations, and business development , offering broad exposure to AI-driven medical innovation.
You will work closely with the Founder and U.S. FDA consultants, coordinating Indian participants, doctors, and telehealth partners.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Study Management
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the virtual clinical study.
- Coordinate with doctors, IECs, and participants across multiple sites.
- Support data capture, validation, and secure transmission through software platforms.
- Monitor quality, documentation, and reporting processes.
Technical & Software Tasks
Operate and troubleshoot the company’s AI and data platforms.Use basic Python, SQL, or data visualization tools to analyze study data.Work with developers to log and track technical issues from clinical users.Prepare structured reports or dashboards from collected data.Partnership Development (B2B)
Identify and engage telehealth, diagnostic, and wellness companies for pilot testing.Present technical product capabilities and coordinate pilot integrations.Gather partner feedback to refine software workflows and user experience.Operations Coordination
Work with India-based assistants to manage communication and logistics.Prepare progress updates, analytics, and presentations for leadership.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline .Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or Python / SQL).Comfortable using CRM and project management software (e.g., Notion, Airtable, or Trello).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in telehealth, healthtech, or AI software projects.Familiarity with basic ML concepts or health data standards (HIPAA, IEC, etc.).Exposure to research coordination or software testing.Why Join Us
