We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Clinic Head / Manager

to lead our aesthetic skin clinic’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinical workflows, uphold service excellence, drive business growth, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staff performance, and client service quality.

Manage scheduling, inventory, and administrative processes efficiently.

Coordinate with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and therapists to ensure seamless patient experience.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and client retention goals.

Handle client escalations and ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain compliance with medical, hygiene, and safety standards.

Train and motivate staff to deliver consistent premium service.

Prepare reports on clinic performance, targets, and KPIs for management review.

Daily appointment booking on target basis

Monthly Revenue target on incentives (target has to be achieved)

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and client service standards.

Proficient in clinic management software and operations.
