About the Role :
We’re expanding our Bench Sales team to strengthen our presence across Canada and the US, with a primary focus on the Canadian IT staffing market. What You’ll Do :
- Market and place bench consultants (PR holders, Citizens, Work Permit, OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.) with clients and vendors across Canada and the US.
- Build relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Implementation Partners.
- Post and promote consultant profiles on job boards like , Indeed, Dice, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding between consultants and clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms for consultant placements.
- Maintain an updated tracker of submissions and placement activity.
- Collaborate with account managers and senior recruiters to match consultants with open roles.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Canadian & US work authorizations and compliance processes.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confident, outgoing, and motivated to achieve results.Basic understanding of IT skills or staffing is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Open to working evening / night shifts aligned with North American clients.For experienced candidates – proven success in bench marketing or IT recruitment (Canada / US).Why Join Us?
