Operation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & Operations

Specialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners.

With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of the

Partnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers,

coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, to

ensure smooth business operations.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Onboarding & Content Management

• Prepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands.
• Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations.
• Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images.
• Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers.
• Internal Operations & Compliance
• Assist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term updates.
• Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity, commission updates).
• Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers.
