Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.

Resolve minor design and technical details in collaboration with contractors and architects.

Manage and monitor local contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.

Provide daily updates and progress reports to the principal architect and client through charts, emails, and reports.

Stay on-site during the entire construction period, overseeing project execution and resolving on-the-ground issues.

Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Must be ready to join our full-time office at Vasai Road.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills for resolving on-site issues effectively

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Should have an understanding on working in CAD software.
