We’re hiring a high-energy HR Lead to build our team, culture, and core operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
- Screen, coordinate, and schedule interviews efficiently
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Promote a positive, disciplined, high-performance work culture
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and communication clarity
- Maintain healthy work relationships across all teams
- Assist with performance review coordination and feedback cycles
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance
- Manage HR policies, process updates, and basic compliance
- Support internal communication and company HR announcements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and basic facility requirements
- Coordinate team meetings, travel arrangements, and small internal events
- Ensure smooth administrative support for the management team
- Work closely with the founder to understand hiring and people needs
- Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Share insights on team performance, risks, and improvements
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and basic adminExperience working in startups or fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to handle recruitment independentlyGood understanding of HR operations and policiesAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities smoothlyHigh ownership, reliability, and professional maturityAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive mattersComfortable working directly with founders / leadershipExperience in hiring for technical rolesKnowledge of HRMS / ATS toolsBasic knowledge of labor regulationsExperience managing culture or employee engagement initiativesExposure to admin, facilities, or vendor management
