4-9 years of relevant experience in diversity and inclusion-related work

Adapts flexibly to diverse tasks in response to evolving committee requirements.
Principal Accountabilities :
Maintain an up-to-date overview of sector-related matters nationally and internationally to identify focus areas of interest.
Assist in setting up committee meetings and maintain an up-to-date overview of key meeting agendas.
Prepare research reports, project proposals, and provide inputs on government notifications / announcements, policy documents, etc.
Collaborate with external entities such as government agencies, industry associations, and international organizations on policy-related projects.
Support the organization in hosting thematic-related events, conferences, and capacity-building workshops, including marketing and outreach activities.
Work closely with all stakeholders to create awareness and drive participation.
Generate revenue by securing sponsorships and acquiring new projects.
