Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Analyst who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a strong background in MIS (Management Information System) report creation and financial analysis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing project financial data, preparing detailed reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting management with actionable insights to ensure financial efficiency and project success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and financial dashboards using advanced MS Excel tools (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA, etc.).
• Track and monitor project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and cost variances on a regular basis.
• Perform financial analysis of ongoing and proposed projects to assess profitability, ROI, and cost efficiency.
• Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports across multiple projects.
• Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and highlight discrepancies or potential risks to management.
• Collaborate with the project and finance teams to collect, validate, and interpret project data.
• Support management with data-driven decision-making through custom Excel models, dashboards, and scenario analysis.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in MIS systems and ensure timely updates.
• Develop and streamline financial templates and reporting formats to improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits by providing project-related financial data and supporting documentation.
• Prepare cash flow projections, funding utilization reports, and cost-benefit analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects.
