Job Title : US IT Recruiter

Experience : 2 to 4 Years (Hands-on End-to-End US Recruitment)

Shift Timing : Night Shift (8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST)

Work Mode : Onsite from Pune, Koregaon park Office

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in USA Salesforce hiring .

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.

Lead full employee lifecycle : sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integration.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants .

Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.

Coordinating with clients for the documentation.

Follow up with candidates / vendors on timesheets and maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment.

Salesforce hiring experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of US recruitment norms , tax terms, visa classifications , and resume formats .

Must be a hands-on executor with a proactive approach.
