Experience : 6-10 Years

Location : New Delhi & Noida

• Facilitate Scrum Events : Organize and moderate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the Team : Guide the team in Agile practices and help them become self-organizing.
• Remove Impediments : Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Support the Product Owner : Help manage the product backlog and ensure clarity on goals.
• Shield the Team : Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Promote Continuous Improvement : Encourage feedback, learning, and process enhancements.
• Drive Agile Adoption : Support Agile principles across the organization.
